Shipping policy

The Studio Standard At the Sebastian Mader Archive, we treat the transit of your acquisition with the same archival care used in its production. Every work is hand-packed using museum-grade materials to ensure its integrity remains intact from the Studio to your collection.

Domestic Shipping We provide complimentary secure shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States.

  • Studio Editions (Unframed): Shipped in wide-diameter, reinforced archival tubes. This ensures the heavy-weight Hahnemühle Fine Art Baryta paper is not tightly coiled, preventing "memory curl" and protecting the print surface.

  • Framed Works: Small and medium-format framed works are shipped in specialized, multi-layered art boxes with custom-fitted internal suspension to prevent movement.

  • Grand Format & White Glove: For oversized works or specialized installations, bespoke wood-crating and climate-controlled White Glove delivery are required. Please contact the Studio for a custom logistical quote.

International Shipping We facilitate global delivery for our international collectors.

  • Duties & Taxes (DDU): International collectors are responsible for all local customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. These fees are determined by the destination country and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.

Production & Lead Times Each work is a custom-produced Studio Edition, individually hand-signed and numbered by the artist.

  • Unframed Prints: Please allow 7–14 business days for archival production, signing, and dispatch.

  • Framed Works: Please allow 3–5 weeks for bespoke framing and specialized packing.

Security & Signature Requirement To ensure the security of your acquisition, all Studio shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We advise coordinating your delivery date to ensure a recipient is available to inspect and sign for the package.
