Final Sale & Studio Production All works from the Sebastian Mader Studio Archive are custom-produced, hand-signed, and numbered specifically for each collector. Due to the bespoke nature of these archival editions, all sales are final. The Studio does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Collectors are advised to review all technical specifications and "Sheet vs. Image" dimensions provided on the product page prior to completing an acquisition.
Order Discrepancies In the event that an incorrect work is received due to a Studio error, please contact us immediately at archive@sebastianmaderstudio.com so that we may prioritize a resolution and ensure the correct edition reaches your collection.
Damages & Transit Issues The Studio takes extraordinary care in the crating and shipping process. If a work arrives damaged due to transit, the Studio must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this window, we are unable to file insurance claims with our specialized fine-art carriers and cannot assume responsibility for replacements.
Inspection & Claim Protocol Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. To initiate a claim for damage, follow these steps:

Note Damage on Receipt: If the exterior packaging shows visible trauma, note this clearly when signing for the delivery.

Document the Exterior: Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging before opening.

Document the Artwork: Take high-resolution photographs of all damage points on the print or frame.

Submit Claim: Email all documentation and your order number to archive@sebastianmaderstudio.com with the subject line: [Damage Claim – Order #XXXXX].
Archival Replacement Upon verification of a valid damage claim, the Studio will arrange for the secure return or destruction of the damaged work to preserve edition integrity. A replacement edition will be produced and shipped at no additional cost to the collector.
